I'm Nichol Rodriguez, a proud Colorado native with over two decades of dedicated experience in working with juveniles. My journey in the field of juvenile justice and advocacy has been deeply rewarding, and I'm excited to share my story and passion with you. I began my career as a counselor and teacher's assistant at the esteemed Griffith Center for Children in Larkspur, Colorado. It was there that I discovered my calling and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. I served as a Youth Security Officer with the Colorado Division of Youth Services, working in both Pueblo and Colorado Springs. This role allowed me to interact with youth on both the detention and commitment sides of the system, broadening my perspective and deepening my dedication to helping them succeed. My dedication to juvenile justice led me to work in Pre-Trial services, focusing on cases related to Senate Bill 94 and CYDC. This experience gave me insight into the legal aspects of juvenile justice while maintaining my commitment to advocating for the best interests of young people. I currently serve as a Case Consultant Schoenfelder Law, where I continue to advocate for the well-being of youth. My role involves providing expert guidance and recommendations to ensure that the voice of young people is heard, and their needs are met. Throughout my career, my passion for working with youth has remained unwavering. I firmly believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to build a brighter future, regardless of their circumstances. My mission is to empower, guide, and support youth on their journey to a better life.

LeTisha Gallegos brings close to a decade of experience as a criminal defense paralegal. She works closely with attorneys and investigators throughout every stage of a criminal case, assisting with discovery review, evidence analysis, factual and legal research, case organization, motions and court filings, client communication, and preparation for hearings and trial.
A significant part of LeTisha's work involves examining the details of a case and helping the defense team develop a comprehensive understanding of the evidence. She enjoys analyzing police reports, witness statements, video evidence, records, and other discovery; developing detailed timelines and case summaries; identifying inconsistencies and important factual issues; and collaborating with attorneys to determine how best to advocate for each client.
LeTisha graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Education Studies before transitioning from education into the legal field. Her educational background helped develop skills that have proven invaluable in criminal defense, including research, communication, organization, critical thinking, and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Above all, LeTisha is passionate about helping people. She understands that facing criminal allegations can be overwhelming, and she believes every client deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion while receiving the benefit of a defense team that takes the time to understand both the facts of the case and the person behind it. She especially values the teamwork involved in criminal defense and enjoys researching challenging issues, analyzing evidence, and brainstorming with attorneys to develop effective strategies for the firm's clients.

Hello, I'm Aiyana Maloney, a dedicated and passionate first-year Forensic Social Worker with a strong foundation in the justice field. With five years of cumulative experience in various facets of the criminal justice system, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and empathy to my work. I hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, which has been complemented by a master’s degree in social work, and I am currently on the path to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My journey in the field of forensic social work has been driven by a profound desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals, particularly juveniles, who have intersected with the justice system. I firmly believe that every person, regardless of their circumstances, deserves the opportunity for growth, healing, and a chance at a better future. My passion for working with juveniles stems from the belief that early intervention and support can significantly change the trajectory of a young person's life. Through my experiences, I have witnessed the transformative power of compassion, guidance, and mentorship in the lives of at-risk youth. I am committed to providing them with the necessary resources and support to navigate the complex challenges they face, ultimately helping them reintegrate into their communities as responsible and thriving individuals. I am continually expanding my knowledge and skills to better serve my clients and contribute to the broader field of forensic social work here at Schoenfelder Law.
